Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

This policy outlines Mills Prep Center’s guidelines for inbound, outbound, and Amazon shipments, including inspection, processing times, and client responsibilities.

Inbound Shipments

  • All inbound shipments must include proper ASN / packing list
  • Mixed or unlabeled cartons may cause delays
  • Damaged cartons are photographed and reported

Inspection Rules

Inspection includes:

  • ✔ Outer box condition
  • ✔ Count verification
  • ✔ Basic damage check

It does NOT include:

  • ✘ Functional testing
  • ✘ Authenticity testing
  • ✘ Deep product inspection

(These services can be added for additional charges.)

Prep & Processing Times

  • Standard TAT: 24–48 business hours
  • Rush: same-day (extra fee)
  • Holiday/Peak: 3–7 business days

Outbound Shipments

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL Freight
  • Pickup times: 1 PM – 6 PM EST
  • Orders ready after cutoff ship next business day

Amazon Shipments

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Amazon FC delays
  • Lost-in-check-in cases
  • Amazon receiving errors
  • Shipment plan errors created by client

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • ➡ Client must file a claim
  • ➡ Mills Prep provides proof & documents

International Shipments

  • Client is responsible for customs clearance
  • Duties & taxes
  • Product legality in destination country

Weekend & Holiday Rules

No processing, receiving, or shipping on:

  • Saturday
  • Sunday
  • Federal holidays
