Refund Policy

Details regarding refund eligibility, non-refundable services, timelines, and cancellation rules at Mills Prep Center.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds cannot be issued for the following services:

  • Prep services already performed
  • Labeling, bundling, kitting, inspection, or counting
  • Storage fees (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Inbound receiving fees
  • Photo/video evidence services
  • Expedited or rush services
  • Damages caused by suppliers, carriers, Amazon, or poor packaging
  • Amazon check-in delays
  • Shipping label charges
  • Incorrect shipment plans provided by the client
  • Removal order receiving from Amazon

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Inventory arrives damaged from supplier
  • Supplier sends incorrect quantity
  • Client changes mind after service has begun
  • Client decides to stop selling the product
  • Amazon rejects shipments for compliance issues
  • Carrier loses or delays a package
  • Product is not allowed on Amazon or other marketplaces

Eligible Refund Scenarios (Special Cases Only)

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • Billing was incorrect due to a proven internal system error
  • An accidental duplicate charge occurred
  • A service was billed but not yet performed

All cases require review by our billing team.

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only
  • Payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal) are non-refundable
  • A written confirmation email will be provided once processed

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled after prep has started are non-refundable
  • If inventory needs to be returned to the client:
    • Client must provide return shipping labels
    • Handling and packing fees apply
